Corporate Social Responsibility
EASY BUY Public Company Limited always conducts business with ethics and respect the right of all stakeholders, which is an essential principle that the Company has been instilling to all employees. The Company sets a framework of corporate social responsibility which is covered and consistent with the business.The corporate social responsibility activities are conducted along with the Good Corporate Governance Code in order to operate the business with sustainable growth together.
❖ Umay+ “PAY IT…FORWARD” activity is an activity that the Company has conducted under the collaboration of EASY BUY and the Thai Red Cross Society for over 11 years with the objective of enhancing the quality of life for underprivileged people in Thailand. Since the beginning of this activity, EASY BUY has raised over 79.18 million Baht for the Thai Red Cross Society. In 2023, the Company continued to conduct fundraising to support the Emergency Disaster Relief Funds via the Thai Red Cross Society.
❖ Umay+ “makes Children’s Dream…comes true” activity
is an activity to support the development of education for youth in rural areas, such as the donation of educational supplies, and sets of computers more than 65 schools in 48 provinces nationwide. Moreover, the activity continues with the royal initiative and sufficient economy philosophy of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great by preserving a path of sufficiency through concepts of “Integrated Agriculture” as well as creating knowledge for the local community in the area of sustainable integrated agriculture.

❖ Marathon Sponsorship activity is the activity to support the Thai community through marathon events as well as encourage Thai people to have good health through running. Aside from that, it can help concretely promote the sports tourism industry and family relationships. In the year 2023, the Company was a main sponsor for three marathon activities: the Umay+ Chiang Rai 21.1 Marathon 2023 at Chiang Rai Province, the Umay+ Bangkok Midnight Marathon 2023 at Bangkok, and the Umay+ Lamphun Half Marathon 2023 at Lamphun Province.
❖ Umay+ “Save the Earth…Save the Sea for a Sustainable Future"
activity is an activity that invites more than 200 staff members to join the activity at Baan Amphur Beach, Chonburi Province. This activity aims to raise awareness among employees about waste management and encourage them to contribute to waste reduction. In the activity, staffs join together to clean up the beach with a total of 167.3 kilograms of garbage and participate in the workshops on how to transform waste into useful stuff. Also, the Company donated 36 sorting bins to Na Jomtien Municipality to promote the importance of sustainable environmental preservation to the community.
