Business Continuity Management Policy
EASY BUY Public Company Limited has committed itself to creating confidence in the business to customers and stakeholders of the Company. The Company developed the Business Continuity Management System based on the international standard framework as a guideline for implementation in order to maintain the continuity of service provision for customers and stakeholders, and to prevent or reduce the likelihood of unplanned disruption to critical business processes and services when incident or crisis situation occurs. BCM Committee was appointed to oversee the Company’s business continuity management and build an aware culture of the business continuity management including event management, strategic plan creation, and decision making and commanding in the case of incident or crisis situation.
The Company established the Business Continuity Management Policy as a guideline for the relevant employees to perform the designed duties in emergency situation. The Company also implemented the Enterprise and Departmental Business Continuity Plans to cover the critical business processes of the Company. Regular knowledge training has been always provided to employees in order to enhance their understanding. Therefore, assigned employees can realize their specific roles and responsibilities, and foresee what may happen when incident or crisis situation occurs. The Company’s business continuity strategy and plans are reviewed and developed on an on-going basis or when there are any significant changes. The Company conducts the Business Continuity Plan test regularly to assure that it is up-to-date and effective and to continuously improve the Company’s business continuity practices. The Company’s critical business processes will be resumed in a proper period of time, and the Company will eventually be able to operate its businesses and services continuously.
